As a person who has been diagnosed with conditions requiring me to take pharmaceuticals daily and for years on end, I have felt the importance of what it means to have access to pharmaceuticals. I have met family and friends with conditions requiring large sums of money, with the knowledge that many out there cannot afford it — usually placing middle-class and lower-class people and families in situations where they cannot afford what they need to live quality lives. This blog was founded to combat this issue, knowing hundreds to thousands of dollars a month is nowhere near affordable for many middle and lower-class families.
